Upcoming new launches for now to 2011

Developers are planning to launch mid-tier and high-end residential developments soon. They believed that the last round of government measures only affects the mass market segments. Most say the take-ups will be healthy. Capital land will soon be launching their 1715 units D'Leedon condominium on the former Farrer Court site in Leedon Heights. The Farrer Court site is the largest single residential development. Esparina Residences, an Executive Condominium (EC) project at Sengkang near Buangkok MRT station by Frasers Centrepoint and Lum Chang Building Contractors also recently launched, sold 344 units of the 573 units, in one day on the first day of sale om 8 Oct 2010. It was the first EC to be launched in 5 years. Half of the applicants falling within the 'sandwich class' of $8000 to $10000 income bracket. The Canopy, EC project at Yishun Ave 11 will be launched for viewing on 9 Oct 2010 and bookings starts on 16 Oct 2010. Average prices will range from $600psf to $
