New Home Launches of 2010 to 2011

According to data released by the Singapore Government, some 15,025 new private homes were sold during the first 11 months of 2010, an all-time record, exceeding the 2007 record of 14,811 units.

Strong economic growth and rising wages will fuel demand for mass-market homes, with collective sales providing another source of development land in 2011.
