Condo Photo Review: Water Place

You couldn't miss Water Place if you are driving along the East Coast Park highway from Changi Airport to Town - its distinctive blue glass facade reflects the sky and the seaview brilliantly. For readers who are sharp, you might have noticed that we reviewed an almost similar looking condominium a while back, Heritage View. Both developements look so similar because they share the same developer, Far East Organization. In tradition to Far East Organization developments, Water Place is decked out with the full range of facilities to pamper its residents.

Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Tanjong Rhu, this 99year Leashold condominium was completed in 2004 and has been home to many expats working in Singapore. However, would be buyers or tenants might want to note its proximity to the highway.

Here are some photos of the estate that we would like to share:

Lift lobby for each block looks very inviting.

Another shot of the lift lobby.

Activity pool, with what we believe is a water polo goal post!

Deck chairs and lucious palm trees line the pool.

This is what we believe is a unique form of "hydro therapy"

Aqua aerobics anyone?

Fun pool complete with a big slide for the kids!

Decent looking tennis court!

Large activity court.

BBQ area for your guests.

Another BBQ area, although much more charming.

Water features run through the estate.

Basement parking is available for residents.

Parting shot of the glass facade.

Details of Water Place.
